Wood pieces

Bought a chunky wood cookie. Actually bought 2 (ones still wrapped up). Split the cookie in half and sanded it down. It’s being oiled and will be marketed as a 2 piece table for a business office. Or to put in the corner of a room.

Still got to do a very small amount of work on this one.

I saw a stool on a local selling site, solid steel, good quality but not round or perfectly shaped. The emphasis on the overall finish.

The answer to use a piece of Oak and resin for the seat. Make a back in a similar fashion and put it out there. Not as a stool to sit on but a focal point in the corner of a room, or office.

The work on these pieces can’t be rushed. The bases need to be found, the works carried out and then they can be put onto the blog.
